| 1210690 | 2011-06-21 02:27:00 | It will be x64 bit. OK. Having worked out what O/S you are using and you have chosen a CPU I5 and GPU then we need to work out a Motherboard for the build. As to a PSU I'd be looking at a Corsair modular effort. |

I would be looking for a motherboard probably Asus or Gigabyte that will support up to 4 x 4 Gig RAM and possibly populate it with two 4 Gig RAM to start with so you get dual channel and if you want to add more RAM you have two empty slots. Or put 4 x 4 in anyway to start with. Which socket CPU I5 have you chosen? |

I just picked it due to it ticking all the boxes and being pretty damn cheap compared to others. I can handle it being a little more fiddly. For the PSU. I'll go with a cosair but how much watts should I go for? And for the RAM I think I'll go with: www.computerlounge.co.nz |

| 1210697 | 2011-06-21 04:24:00 | I'd go for 650 - 750 Watts Modular Corsair and the ram you chose looks fine to me. Modular PSU as it helps with cable management while building. |
