| 1210760 | 2011-06-20 05:59:00 | I am trying to get a trojan deleted from my folder C:sysvolume info/restore I can see the folder using explorebut when I try to see into the restore part it says access is denied. My method is to turn off system restore on all drives. restart delete trojan from sysvol shut down start again and turn on sys restore again can anyone help please many thanks Ojos |

| 1210761 | 2011-06-20 06:06:00 | If you use Win 7 or Vista download this (www.howtogeek.com) double click on it. Add it to the registry. Then right mouse on the Sysvol folder / take ownership. Normally if you disable SR, it should clear whats in the folder | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||
