Border’s website today said that, as part of the administration process, customers must spend double the amount of the certificate. "As part of the administration process, Borders Gift Cards are not currently available for purchase in store," the website said. "Existing gift cards may be redeemed in store. To redeem a gift card, you must spend at least twice the face value of the card (i.e. to redeem a gift card with a face value of $25, you must make a total purchase of $50 or more)." |
