| 1211509 | 2011-06-23 15:20:00 | For a number of years I have been MailWasher (long before it got took over), and tonight I tried to install an old version of it that I still use on my Win XP desktop on our new Win7 64bit notebook, but it will not install :( For those who in the past have moved away from MailWasher what do you now you to get rid of your spam etc.. Anything that will work on a Win 7 64bit notebook? |

I have Mailwasher on 3 PC's all running W7 x64 and it works fine. There are still two versions - Mailwasher FREE (www.mailwasher.net) or Mailwasher pro (www.firetrust.com) the paid version, mine came with a two user license Includes all new versions, updates, real-time spam blocking and customer support. License can be used on 2 computers. |

But like Wainui says, if you only have one email a/c you can just download the latest free version. The paid version is multiple. |
