| 1182611 | 2011-03-01 08:45:00 | The manufacturer quotes around 22hr for mp3 at top quality for a 2GB capacity or up to ~200hr for HQ WMA or ~600-800hr for LP WMA . The device is new . Plenty of space . I put it in WMA mode at HQ and could only get 26hr (its capacity left status screen) . Is somone telling porkies or am I doing something wrong? I understand WMA is a slightly less khz than mp3 but me doubts it would be 22hr vs 200hr right? It's quoted in the box, the manual and various magazines they advertise . It's an Olympus . Out of interest has anyone used a cellphone as a dictatorphone? Are they good only as closeup (as you see 1 or 2 reporters with a Blackberry next to a politican) or can they be used in a conference/seminar room? Thanks . |
