| 1182120 | 2011-02-28 05:15:00 | my tv smashed in the christchurch earthquake it was still on hire purchase just i pay it off next month i emailed smith city and they said it a eqc claim so im trying to claim online but on the form it says Who are the contents insured with? on the drop down box i cant see Smiths City Group do they use another insurance company ?? i51.tinypic.com thanks for ur help:badpc: |

| 1182123 | 2011-02-28 05:42:00 | when i emailed smiths city they said its covered by eqc i dont have contents but as part of all hire purchase agreements its insured while you paying off the item plus i got a 5 year extended warrenty but not sure if the 5 year covers natrual disasters but i remember the hire purchase does this is what i emailed them and then there reply My tv was broken during the ch-ch earthquake I have till the end of next month to pay off the hire purchase I also have a 5 year warranty on this product How do I make a insurance claim on this Thank you This is covered under EQC claim.
