I am not in favour of Martial Law being declared so that looters can be shot on sight. When arrested by the police they should be put through the court without delay and given a sentence that will humiliate them. Give them t-shirts with 'Looter' written on them and chain them together. They can be put to work doing useful things like clearing debris from buildings that have collapsed. This should also apply to other low lifes who impersonate officials for their own criminal gain. |
