1181463 2011-02-26 03:11:00 We peasants will indeed be unable to buy one, at least till 2014. Cicero (40)
1181464 2011-02-26 03:29:00 Precisely, just one of the mass.
As opposed to being one of the freaks? ;-)

1181465 2011-02-26 05:03:00 That would be great for multi touch. A good image and no dissasembley required (like current LCD screens).

You could even do away with the box.

A pity on the price though. cheaper to shred existing screen hardware

1181466 2011-02-26 05:52:00 Is it even real? Or just photoshopped...

Where does it get light from? What happens if the room is dark? sounds a bit implausible to me...

1181467 2011-02-26 06:23:00 I'm guessing the glass is similar to endlighten acrylic.

The acrylic has crystals that spread light evenly across the surface, also there is also most likely a pigment the blocks visible light when a current is passed through it when the TV is turned on. at least that sounds logical. may be a new technology although I doubt image quality is high on the feature list

I remember when we stood by a box and they said you will see a pic of someone in the next town ,I didn't believe it then and I don't believe it now.!

Simply impossible.

Sorry, did someone say you did?

Always beware of what might or might not be what we think it is.

Otherwise we can come to all sorts of conclusions.

Don't you think?
