So much tax that these robbers have amassed 7.5 billion of our dollars. Thats about $4000 per household and the rotters should return it. No. tax is FOR things. Put it into whats needed, they don't have to just hand it back the minute there's a bit in the pot. Bit in the pot is theoretical anyway, how much do we owe? It's like household budgeting, pay your bills, don't owe money, and save if you can, cause for sure something will crop up that needs paying. |

Thats true, and Labor would have been forced to do exactly the same if there were in power . At the time Borrow & Spend was the only way to stop the economy collapsing . NZ economy has allways been a basket case , with intermittent years when all seemed good . We rely on farming & tourism , both bottom of the barrel sort of things as far as a Countries wealth is concerned Relying on a building boom to keep the economy primed is as short term as it gets . |
