1460641 2019-05-12 08:03:00 I have a DNS issue

Sites take too long to load and sometimes hit a DNS error before loading the content.
They always load the content eventually even if I have to hit reload but its a pain in the ass.

Chrome
Version 74.0.3729.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)

What else do you need?

How and What do I change the DNS to? Give googles DNS a try.

Primary - 8.8.8.8
Secondary -- 8.8.4.4

To change it you can go into your router and alter the settings there. ( make sure you note down the current in case you need to revert them)

Not using a VPN are you ?

You can also try open DNS. Full instructions and settings from their Page use.opendns.com

I changed it on the computer to default ISP settings see if that helps.
It was on "Auto"

If that doesn't work I will move to the Google DNS

I could see nowhere to change it on the router.

No VPN at least not on this machine, my work laptop has one but that is connected through Wi-Fi and has no issues.
