| 1460275 | 2019-04-30 01:12:00 | Is there any (easy) way to force Windows7 search to NOT use the index for a 1 off search ? Otherwise , whats an easy to use search tool that also will work on mapped network shares . One that doesnt use indexes . For when a folder or file gets accidently moved, a search via search indexes may not find it . The old school XP's search was great . |

Been MANY a time I KNOW there's a certain file somewhere  on one of the servers or other computers, usually finds them. look over the page shows you how to narrow done specifics if you need to. |
