Yes, a few are smart. The majority are just like we were. Some are thick, some just ordinary.
Remember yourself and people you know at that age?

Immortal, knew everything, etc etc.

Back in the middle ages, life expectancy being what it was, it was a youth culture. That's why the few old ones around were viewed a bit wit awe, well women anyway, old men had no use so weren't treated so well.

Kids were working, recruited into the army, hanged, married and all sorts from a very, very young age.
Life was short, nasty and brutal. And thus society suffered for it.

I learned more about it from:
The Time Traveler's Guide to Medieval England by British historian Ian Mortimer.

1463894 2019-09-27 21:43:00 A lot of young people are way more clued up than we ever were, just because you all know some that are monkeys does not make tham all like that. Sadly a lot of older people including some members of this forum are so passed their use by date that anything that challenges their massively biased view has to be shouted down, ridiculed and disproved with No facts and No peer reviewed science they are so vehement in their opposition to what's is happening they would be better off forming a cult. gary67 (56)

You can find those on both sides of the debate Gary :)

Well that’s encouraging. :)
