1459917 2019-04-14 01:50:00 Hi My son uses thunderbird to do his gmail I have told him to just use gmail, but he prefers thunderbird the problem is he would like to when composing emails he would like to move a line down just one line and not two, not sure what its called is it text wrapping.

I guess it would be the same procedure in word pad that goes down two lines I have altered it in the past but can't remember.

Its called double space.
Shift + enter is one way around it.
or the suggestion above

Word defaults to double space as well (and other parts of office).
I hate it . I think it was a throwback to line spacing in old school typewriters.
