| 1213349 | 2011-06-29 11:50:00 | hey guys, Does anyone know how to fix the above problem? I've tried switching off the HRV system at the wall and that hasn't done the trick. Any suggestions? |

| 1213352 | 2011-06-29 13:48:00 | sounds like you will need to call them to sort it out, but you could try a hard reset by climbing into the ceiling and turning the hotpoint switch off for a few seconds, or just flick the house mains switch off for a bit.
