1182869 2011-03-02 04:06:00 I have some family I usually give Whitcoulls book gift tokens to. Just at the moment that seems the wrong decision!

Can you give me suggestions of where I might get this - on-line preferably?

Ta muchly :)

Who's to say they are more financially reliable than Whitcoulls?

I would avoid any vouchers (as a matter of principal), from any specific store, and/or any industry - go generic, or Prezzy Card.

x2 ... give thought to buying any of the prepaid visa cards now on the market, at least you'll have the security your money is safe.

The downside is if your favourite niece/nephew/godchild decides they don't really want any old boring book, they could easily go buy a bottle of Bombay Sapphire instead

:D

And of course, because they don't give refunds, Visa get to keep the change. Quite a good get rich quick scheme.

1182877 2011-03-03 03:06:00 Ive got to ask, why would you even consider book vouchers. (serious question)

Every 3 years or so, there is another companies 'voucher' that become worthless. No one seems to learn from past mistakes.
