1183698 2011-03-05 07:08:00 Being brought up on a farm it was a big change to go to homo milk but you get used to it. That skim milk is like coloured water and the one with extra calcium is like added chalk (i used to make the calcium for this whan i worked at FT a very difficult product to make) Gobe1 (6290)

Is that milk from a gay cow?

1183704 2011-03-05 07:34:00 They still make those??? must try some out, how long do they last?
I have one of the raid automatics, works well but at this time of year when all the doors and windows are open flies come in yep, they still make them, we picked up a packet of 4 at the local Hammer Hardware $5. These ones (www.imagef1.net.nz) So far the one in the lounge has caught 5, Sons room 3, and our bedroom and other lounge have not looked.

Last year we put some up, and only just replaced them today - so I would guess around 6 months usage during the fly seasons - the ones we took down today had caught lots.Should have taken them down ages ago, but doing no harm and still working.

We also have a raid automatic in the kitchen, that works OK for that room (well did last year) the normal fly spray HA! As my son said, he thinks it encourages them to breed, not kill them :D

1183705 2011-03-05 07:41:00 Thanks Wainui, looke like a cheap way to control them, my house is quite small so the raid work well when the doors and windows are shut but it has been so muggy this year Gobe1 (6290)
1183706 2011-03-05 07:48:00 Speaking of flies - This bugger (www.imagef1.net.nz(Large).JPG) seems to like the top left hand corner of my LCD - I brush it off and it comes right back, actually have to touch it with my hand -- it wont move other wise  wainuitech (129)
