It is a type of private message, however the only people you can contact with that form are the forum admins/mods/etc. It does seem that the particular user does have quite a bit to say to the Mods for some reason then. 1214731	2011-07-04 19:36:00	It (was) a spambot that goes looking for email links/feedback forms on pages. It found one so was busily attempting (or even succeeding) in spamming the web-master.
