If you were looking at upgrading, I'd go for something like this (www.computerlounge.co.nz) or this (www.computerlounge.co.nz) if you want modular. |

| 1184879 | 2011-03-10 02:07:00 | Seasonic make most of Corsair's PSUs. The only reason I threw some Seasonic PSUs in there rather than corsair is they seem to be slightly better value at the moment. Last I heard the VX550, TX750 & 850 and the HX1000 were the only Corsair PSUs not made by Seasonic. The CX400, VX450, HX450, HX520, HX620, and TX650s are all made by Seasoinc. I think Channel Wells made the others. Not sure if they are better/worse quality though, they have made a few good PSUs although I believe they also make some pretty average stuff in the past (cheap antec gear for one). Seasonic has a good name in the States, they are relatively new in NZ. :thumbs: |
