1184832	2011-03-09 23:00:00	CC: HP and Retail Shop Ref: CIV-201-090-000049 Disputes Tribunal 15th March 2011 1:30pm Waitakere District Court Dear xxx(Disputes lady) Hewlett-Packard, after a long drawn out affair, have paid me via the original retail store I purchased the item from. The shop has paid me direct via internet banking. I think it was outrageous and rude that they involved a third party - however the shop did agree to become involved - even though they have never been anything other than extremely helpful and the issue was not their problem at all. Although the case was not entirely about the money - it was partly the principle of the matter - the incredible length of time Hewlett-Packard took to resolve the issue - I understand Disputes would rule in a monetary payment.
