| 1184432 | 2011-03-08 04:16:00 | I think this should be all over TV on Fair Go or something, there is no way this is incompetence, they clearly just want to piss you off and hope you'll give up. | Agent_24 (57) | ||

If it goes to Disputes and you win, you can request that a "finite order" be made on payment date ... i.e. the mediator can set a date when money owed has to be paid by and if it isn't, court bailiffs can make life difficult for them. They can't keep stalling unless they want to take it to the District Court and the DC don't like overturning DT orders. |

I think you will find its a civil matter and the court bailiffs have nothing to do with it. You can baycorp them...thats about it. Correct me if i'm wrong here. |

| 1184438 | 2011-03-08 20:48:00 | Son went to Disputes not long ago about a car and the guy not paying the full amount as promised ... son won, got finite order, guy never paid, bailiff's clamped the car until he did pay. | SP8's (9836) | ||
| 1184439 | 2011-03-08 20:56:00 | Ask for the refund... and tell them to get into their thick heads that once you have recieved it, there is no case to proceed with. Just a resolution. Ken |

| 1184440 | 2011-03-08 23:31:00 | Personally, I think this is down to incompetence of the call centre, lets face it, they are just plebs, and probably a 3rd party anyway. HP have nothing to gain by pissing you off, the fact you are getting more correspondence and refund offer confirms the matters is now with HP and NOT the call centre! And lets face it PCT, you are quite abrasive! |

| 1184441 | 2011-03-08 23:54:00 | But calling, up to 3 times a day to confirm an address? Even the Telecom call center is not that bad. If that was seriously down to incompetence I would be amazed. Even the most moronic helpdesk goon could figure that one out I'm sure. And as you say, they have nothing to gain from annoyance is what makes it even weirder. |
