| 1216108 | 2011-07-11 11:01:00 | Does anyone know where to find the model of this laptop. The sticker underneath gives the serial & part numbers. I'm trying to find the model number so I can get the right drivers from the Toshiba website. The website is not helpful. It appears that if you don't know the model, you're stuffed. Speccy reveals nothing Thanks |

But that number means nothing when searching on their website. It should be L500-SP6016M or something like that for me to be able to search the site I'll do as pctek says & give them a ring |

Go here. www.mytoshiba.com.au Just pop that model # into the search box, or failing that in the drop down boxes put Computers, then Satellite pro, then L500, then your model, then your OS, and away you go. Couldn't be (much) easier! :p |
