(celebs.icanhascheezburger.com) Gilbert Gottfried has been the voice of AFLAC for over a decade, but the insurance giant has decided to cut the comic loose following his recent string of incredibly tasteless tweets about Japan over the past few days. Either Gottfried didn’t realize that over 70% of AFLAC’s business is done in Japan, or maybe he is just incredibly thoughtless and cruel to make light of such a horrific tragedy. Whatever the case may be, I hope this guy loses more than his job. I hope he loses whatever “celeb” notoriety he has left and disappears back under the rock he crawled out from. Good riddance. *I know this is a humor site, but I was so pissed I had to share. Pathetic, unfunny comic is PATHETIC AND UNFUNNY* I completely agree with everything here. That is all. |
