Seeing that traffic jam shows what can happen when panic sets in in a high density population area and people want to get out of danger. It is hard to comprehend the devastation that has happened Japan. |

They had fail safe plans for everything except all the backup generators failing. Its a bit like the backup power units they sell us. They never seem to work when you want them to. 15 seconds to close down! |
