| 1217201 | 2011-07-16 00:45:00 | I've got what appears to be a Zonealarm update reminder, and started the update . It deletes the old version,and then on the auto restart, there is a quick black screen with notice of a file missing, and the computer shuts down . I had put in a restore point prior to doing the update, but when I try and start and use system restore, it can only find a prior restore about a month old . Is this a virus? or just my problem? Has anyone else had an issue with this update? Using Windows 7 on a desktop . Cheers John Pearce |

| 1217203 | 2011-07-16 03:45:00 | Stuffed up by the sound of it. If you do want it, then I'd clean out the old ZA with it's own removal tool (available off their site) then downloading and installing the new version manually. |
