Loads instantly for me although I am using Adblock+ and NoScript plus a few other things. http://www.nzherald.co.nz/ Edit: Some gifs never load, not sure why. So I am seeing a version of the problem OP has. Edit 1: Cured by allowing NoScript on the page concerned. |
