| 1187871 | 2011-03-21 06:11:00 | Maybe you can install Windows on it but can you put Three GTX-580s in Tri-SLI in your Mac? | Agent_24 (57) | ||
| 1187872 | 2011-03-21 06:11:00 | Run about 30 trillion free apps. That aside, dollar for dollar the PC kills a Mac, A $1500 Windows based computer configured for video editing will crush a $1500 Mac. Provided of course the PC wasn't configured by a twat or a supermarket brand. The Mac App store is now available for Macs running Snow Leopard not just for ipods and ipads www.apple.com |

| 1187874 | 2011-03-21 06:12:00 | Macs are just as exploitable at windows. Just because they are macs does not mean they are fool proof. there are a number of mac based malware codes running around, and they are on the increase. Macs cannot: Be installed on any[non apple specified] hardware run MSSE Play COD Black ops or most other games [not ALL games but you know what I mean] Macs CAN: Be used for graphic design... but thats about the end of my venture into mac. basicly they irritate me for that too because when I go back to my windows machine I get lost again :D |

| 1187875 | 2011-03-21 06:13:00 | That is not really an issue anymore Cic as you can run Windows on a Mac and use that for games if you are that way inclined. Mac users though are generally more interested in doing something constructive with their computers. its a huge issue, Gamers are a massive section of the market and the best option for a gaming rig is a PC, Buying a Mac to run windows to run games with a performance hit is as silly as wetting your shoe before placing it on your head. Secondly, Don't fool yourself, The bulk of macs sold to home users are little more then an ornament that can receive emails. |
