| 1217215 | 2011-07-16 08:07:00 | Its a Belkin Wireless Modem .... is sad for getting that wrong | Kaycee (14727) | ||
| 1217216 | 2011-07-16 08:42:00 | Just to also clear up a few things-- Does she have Telstra cable or is it Telstra ADSL through the phone line ? The cable (if she had that) will have a black Motorola Modem, so the setup would go: Modem>Belkin Router> Computer. If it were ADSL it would go Phone Jack>Belkin Modem/Router>Computer. Does she use wireless to connect or is the computer connected Via a Ethernet Cable ? <<IMPORTANT What may be of some use to see if anything is running in the PC thats causing the problems , run a Hijackthis (free.antivirus.com) through the computer, and post back a log. Having Norton 360 on it :rolleyes: Wouldn't be at all surprised if something "nasty" is doing the dirty, and Norton cant detect it ;) |

| 1217218 | 2011-07-17 04:25:00 | Thought ClearNet had upped the allocation. Gave us 10gb for a couple of dollars' more per month. Now we spare to give away, lol. Lurking. |
