| 1218557 | 2011-07-22 23:44:00 | Logitech K120 - no response after plugging the USB in, sposed to be P & P - window appears with "the software you are installing for this hardware, USB composite device, has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Win XP" choice stop or continue, so continued seeing as i wasn't installing software shows a fault in Device Manager - now what? - anyone help please |

| 1218563 | 2011-07-23 04:08:00 | Have you rebooted? :) If your mouse or keyboard is connected to the PS/2 port and you want it to be recognized by SetPoint, youll need to activate the PS/2 driver. To do this: 1. Open SetPoint and select the Tools tab. 2. Click the "Install PS/2 Driver" button (if the button is unavailable, a PS/2 driver is already installed). You may need to do the above also (from the install instructions on the page Speedy pointed you at). |
