| 1217601 | 2011-07-19 02:37:00 | When I try to maximise a video clip in either youtube or any webpage the screen goes black and does not show the video. The sound still works but not the video. My laptop is running on Windows 7 but this also happens on my Vista desktop. I am up to date with Java, Flash Player 10.3 etc. Any ideas?? Thanks |

| 1217603 | 2011-07-19 06:05:00 | Had this with XP a couple of times, try disabling hardware acceleration. Easiest way to test - open the Youtube Video, right click the video / Settings, Bottom left Monitor, untick Hardware Acceleration - then go full screen. (See attachment) |

| 1217608 | 2011-07-19 23:53:00 | As I mentioned, had it in XP, but not vista or W7. Disabling hardware acceleration fixed it previously. Seems the graphics cant handle it full screen sometimes, don't know if its the way the video is or what. |

My netbook has ION 2 graphics which is quite powerful (for a netbook) and my desktop has a 1gb graphic card so I can't figure out what the cause is?? However I did start getting this issue after upgrading the Flash from 10.1 to 10.2?? Anyway, all solved for now. Thanks guys |
