| 1217511 | 2011-07-18 08:06:00 | Time to upgrade at home, was looking at some nice i5 sub $1000 notebooks. I need lightscribe as I get paid now and then to burn lightscribe dvds. But I notice only HP are doing notebooks with lightscribe burning? I never want another HP - seen so many just up and die. I know, I know, the Probook range is much better but I avoid HP in principle. So - what's up with lack of lightscribe? When I bought my last one about 4 years ago, nearly every dvd burner in a notebook was lightscribe, but now pretty darn rare? Not aiming to start a pro/anti HP post though...and not wanting to print DVD labels, or direct print onto DVDs, just want lightscribe. Thanks in advance |
