1188804 2011-03-23 23:14:00 After installing the Add-on Compatibility Reporter, your incompatible extensions will become enabled for you to test whether they still work with the version of Firefox or Thunderbird that you're using. If you notice that one of your add-ons doesn't seem to be working the same way it did in previous versions of the application, just open the Add-ons Manager and click Compatibility next to that add-on to send a report to Mozilla.

Even if your add-ons all work fine, if they're marked incompatible, please let us know that they work fine by submitting a success report so we can encourage the add-on developer to update their compatibility information.

We'll collect all of the reports and let add-on developers know what users are having problems with, or if their add-ons seem to work just fine in future versions of the product.

If you encounter problems and want to disable your incompatible add-ons again, uninstalling the Add-on Compatibility Reporter should revert to your previous compatibility checking settings.

If you're an add-on developer trying to find reports submitted for your extension, head over to the Report Viewer here: addons.mozilla.org

Get it here:

1188805 2011-03-23 23:23:00 The text font size has become much too small, can't seem to get it back to what it was.

Edit: fixed :)

1188806 2011-03-23 23:28:00 Just trying FF4 now. And starting to hate it with this MS forum lol. Bloody thing keeps asking if I want to leave the page or stay, everytime I reply to posts.

I wouldnt do it, it if I didnt want to, would I. Must be an annoying feature on the site. Since it didnt happen with FF 3.6

I think it's a 'feature' of FF4 itself.. and I found it pretty annoying too.

1188807 2011-03-23 23:53:00 All of my add ons work except .net1 gary67 (56)
1188808 2011-03-24 00:05:00 Some addons broke here as well, but most of them updated on restart and the only important addon that still doesn't work is FireFTP. (Glasser is no longer necessary :D)

Never mind, just found the option for FireFTP, and it does work :D

1188810 2011-03-24 04:47:00 Came as an update on my Macbook. So far ok and quicker than just about everything else in the browser genre.

Will get it on my pc soon.

Weird.. I guess it's a feature of the website that the browser must support as well..

1188812 2011-03-24 06:32:00 What a piece of crap :( Just downgraded to version 4, why downgrade -- Its hopeless.

Its crashed once already here where as FF3 was fine, and the main pain in the arse - is the zoom -- If I increase one page to say 125% then open another tab, its at 100%, every tab that opens is at different levels. At least 3.? was consistent across all tabs.

IE, Opera, you change the zoom, it carries across to all pages / Tabs, and at least shows you what % its at, cant find that option in FF4.

But is it better or equal to IE9?
