1218076 2011-08-17 21:59:00 Failing that I've looking round for a replacement mobo but they are a bit like me, out of date. Driftwood (5551)
1218077 2011-08-19 03:20:00 Got the new HD for this system which will be installed tomorrow.
Yet another installation.

I have been hitting the sleep key when I leave the system & it's been working ok but I forgot this time.

Just had another blue screen.

1218079 2011-08-25 21:08:00 After installing a new Hard Drive, this system has been going good for 6 days now. I'll wait another week before activating it, just in case.
Hopfully that was the cause of the all the problems. Strange for 2 drives to fail at the same time. One is totally unecessable & the other intemittant.
Only issue I've had to deal with since was the system waking up on it's own.

1218080 2011-08-25 22:40:00 The system waking up on its own will be in the BIOS. Wake on ring. Snorkbox (15764)
1218081 2011-08-26 01:13:00 Thats 3 things I've disabled now.

Nic: Allow device to wake up computer.
Media Centre: Disable auto updates.
Bios: Wake up on ring.

I suppose if I had done the bios first it would have taken care of the lot.
