Many workplaces would allow you to fax it. They do have a fax right?

Otherwise scan in 300dpi and PDF it for free with the supplied software.

A weekly or fornightly thingie, takes 3min max to do ...
And they might even have a corporate fax machine :cool:

Scan at 300dpi as a PDF (using the supplied software) and email it. If that can be accepted.

The Epson Scan software has free PDF'ing.
We also have a Canon and that offers it free too. Which I assume is just another vanilla software Canon use for many models. 3yr old now I think.

My camera does the same job. I can take photos of documents and email same.

Does not help with the Fax though.
