1219472 2011-07-27 21:11:00 GnuCash is also available in a portable version.

Run from a USB drive etc. and NO changes to the registry.

1219473 2011-07-27 23:21:00 Gnucash looks more like a cashbook that an invoicing programme. I put a few clients on to Instant Invoice a few years back but I see they want $99 USD for it now.

I havent tried these, but here are a few links worth checking out.

http://www.invoiceexpert.com/ Free up to 100 customers I think.

And also

shop.sage.co.uk Might be worth a look. They have a free package but requires registration etc I think.

Sage requires a UK Zip code before it will let you continue to set it up

1219474 2011-07-28 00:01:00 Probably a fairy tale package by now.

But we used to use Office97.

Don't know about the latest Windows Office package, use Open Office which does not have that facility.

Lurking.

It's just a template so of course you could do the same with Libre Office/OO.

1219478 2011-07-28 03:35:00 If you just need to be able to create invoices you could just create an excel template, thats what our office uses. Deimos (5715)
