| 1190052 | 2011-03-29 03:37:00 | The more consoles, the bigger the fail rate will be (statistically) So you have to take into the size of the console population as such, eg 1000 Xboxs, 20 fail thats not too bad compared to say 100 Wii's of which 15 fail (not real stats but you get the idea) Also the type of use. A Wii might get kicked over by those evil little children, or an xbox sat on by [evil?] teenagers :p |

You are referring to the "actual amount" that has failed which no none takes any notice of. A little entertainment for you:- www.youtube.com I may not be the fastest gun in the West, but your calling me a Billy Goat aren't you!! |

| 1190055 | 2011-03-30 06:55:00 | I recently finished adding composite video and stereo audio outputs to two Sega Master System II consoles Both made around 1990, they both still work perfectly. Only problems, one had broken solder joints on the power jack and the other had a squashed capacitor near the cartridge slot. I expect it was like that since manufacture, probably nothing wrong with it but I replaced it to be sure. The plugs on both power adapters also needed replacement as the wires had broken and had an intermittent connection. |
