| 1189775 | 2011-05-24 21:30:00 | My Nokia died after I updated the software from the Nokia site. Like killed it, wiped everything and left me with a paperweight. They wouldn't replace it even though they acknowledged there is a fault in one of their updates. Now I have a Samsung Galaxy S. |

It went wrong, ripped the battery out of it and threw it in the rubbish |
