| 1219785 | 2011-07-28 23:19:00 | Looking at getting a lap top. The unit that I am considering has two options. Both units are identical in ALL aspects except the processor chip. The difference in price between them is less than $50 One has a Intel i5-480m the other has a Intel i5-2401m. Which would be a better purchase and/or better future proofing. Cheers, |

| 1219786 | 2011-07-28 23:29:00 | The 480m is 1st gen Core, and called Clarkdale ark.intel.com The i5 2410m is 2nd gen and called Sandy Bridge... ark.intel.com Not really much between them apart from SB has better build-in graphics Personally, I would go SB, has better power management! |
