| 1191515 | 2011-04-02 22:51:00 | A website client of mine requested for FTP login information from SilverStripe about three months ago. A support ticket was filed subsequently, but to date SilverStripe has yet to pass on the requested information despite having verified my client's identity, citing increased workload as the main reason behind the lack of response. Does anyone have a similar experience in the past? :mad::angry |
