| 1221115 | 2011-08-05 11:39:00 | www.stuff.co.nz Hopefully it has not been posted before. PC sales run out of puff ... I can say for us, we're not into games so we might be more like avg Joe. I have not upgraded my PC for nearly 3yrs and feels like I can keep for another 3yrs. I bought a 3yr old laptop now approaching 4yrs used and does the job (Dual Core 4GB). Someone else here has a Netbook. I'm a rational buyer so have not upgraded my phone for near 3yrs, all I do is make calls, text and GPS and the v rare Internet and a calendar, clock, alarm. I can do without the pads but can sure see it's a big thing (for casual usage). For casual use I can see that many people it replaces their main computer. Or for those who needs MS Office a Netbook and a Pad. But for persoanl use and on trips it's the Pad. |
