The student who has been charged after a girl's 16th birthday party invitation went viral on Facebook will plead guilty. The magistrate ordered the media to leave. The boy, who cannot be named, appeared before the court with his mother, father and older sister. |

If it happened by word of mouth instead of Facebook, would he still be charged? So is he only guilty of using the internet? |
