I know there is no point in pointing out again but Judges are constrained by the law and couldn't hand out the maximum sentence even if they wanted to. See your MP if you think sentences should be longer. |

I find it spectacular that the Italian primeminister could be up for (i think it was) 12 years for simply banging a 17 year old, while here an 18 year old gets away with not attempted murder, but so-close-to-murder-might-as-well-call-it-that and gets 4 years (because we know that our justice system will let him out in 4 years) new zealand, you are PATHETIC. |
