Interesting the most noise is coming from young people who seem to think they are entitled to everything now and don't want to wait for anything so must have the latest TV program or movie now instead of waiting a few weeks. If it is available they just take it regardless whether it is legally or morally corect to do so. Calm down generation Y you will get ample warning that you are infringing copyright owners. Disconnection, can only be enacted on the recommendation of the commerce minister by an order in council. It must be proved that other sanctions such as warnings taken over a two-year period had not proved effective. |
