| 1193640 | 2011-04-13 11:55:00 | Also the new Bill contains retrospective legislation which validates all actions taken under the National Emergengy for ChCh. Retrospective law stinks. It's like I was travelling at 50Kph in a 50Kph area and then the signs were replaced with 30Kph after I travelled down the road. Then they charge you with exceeding the speed limit as my speed was recorded a few days before the law changed. |
