| 1195399 | 2011-04-18 11:03:00 | On the 40GB a month plan here, a few months ago I was getting over 6 mbit any time, now I'm only getting that first thing in the morning. Is anyone else noticing this too, or is it likely the local exchange is getting a tad overloaded? |

| 1195402 | 2011-04-18 11:44:00 | Slowing down a bit here too. Was so bad at one point that Ubuntu updates were crawling along at around 30Kb/s, normally they max out the line speed (around 800Kb/s). Edit; www.speedtest.net - about 1Mb/s off of down, upload is about normal though. |

| 1195403 | 2011-04-18 11:48:00 | last couple of days i did speedtest tests and got over 6Mbs for the first time that i can recall, but usually get between 4.5-5Mbs in most cases done several tests tonight and nothing over 3.5Mbs :( |
