I finally sent my first order on Tuesday, so far I have received no notification that anything has actually happened.. Their FAQ does say times can vary between 3 days and 3 weeks but updates or acknowledgment other than the initial automated email would be useful... (This is of course ordering from their NZ branch in Wellington) |

| 1194407 | 2011-04-15 01:11:00 | They aren't exactly cheap, but I don't think their automated pricing system is perfected either. I managed to make my design double in price just by putting something in a different place (changed it back again smartly, of course!) If you have a suspicion that the pricing is way out of order, just send them an email with your design and get them to manually quote prices. |

"Making in progress" is now crossed out - so I guess it just needs to be packed and sent off! Edit: 7 minutes after posting it's now gone to "Order made, packed and shipped" I wonder if the courier company will manage to get it here overnight? |
