Yeah they had a rough start, which is a shame, they basically got hammered. Since discontinuing their flat-rate plan, things have been great at their end. Basically, going to a bunch of nerds and geeks and saying "Hi, here's a flat-rate plan at a great price" is just asking to have them r@p3 and pillage your bandwidth :p
Still, with them, I have no complaints. Service has been great, both customer service and the throughput (We've got DSL from them also for one of our work sites, get 16mbps every time)!

I think Xnet have adjusted the way that they share out their bandwidth to their customers, somebody mentioned all the DSL / Naked DSL were lumped together in a single pool now, which includes all those who were previously using off-peak data on the 'torrent' plan. I could be mistaken though.
