1194801 2011-04-17 00:41:00 This incident has nothing to do with freedom of speech. Freedom speech can be used as a tool when protesting for a cause but should not be used as an excuse for incitement to violence. In this incident I would say that the lyrics were deliberately recited while the Police were present. This could incite a mood among the patrons. Bobh (5192)

I often wonder who the writers and singers of songs like this call when their houses are burgled or families are attacked. Do they look at their ravaged property, or shattered loved ones, shrug and say, "Let them get away with it. Don't call the cops. F*** the police"?

1194804 2011-04-17 05:21:00 Where in the Bill Of Rights 1990 or in the Bill Of Rights 1688 does it specify you can say whatever you like where ever you like?
