| 1194791 | 2011-04-15 12:21:00 | Hes a smart ass that went Goon Baiting and came second. Tuff. No, this is censorship. Kinda like me drawing a photo of Mohamed with a bomb under his turban and having radicals come after me. If someone calls Hone a "b*****d who deserves to die" he should be arrested? Some TV shows glamorize crime, they should definitely be banned, obviously... Come on, this is BS. You can't arrest people for singing a song, regardless of the lyrics. His music is **** anyway. That should be offence enough.  |

You can't arrest people for singing a song, regardless of the lyrics. Ah the old freedom of speech conundrum. I notice you don't mention responsibility of speech - can't have one without t'other. The fact is we are not free to say exactly what we want any time any place, not if what we say is likely to cause civil disorder or harm. Your Mohamed example: if you waved or distributed such a photo at a mosque you would cause grave offence and probably be at risk of harm. You would be promoting public violence. "Words can incite hatred, inspire violence and create fear. When people use words in this way, it is facile to protest that they are merely expressing opinions. Their words cause real harm as well as offence." news.bbc.co.uk |

| 1194799 | 2011-04-16 22:19:00 | Tiki Taane just decided to use the freedom of making yourself look a dick law. Who do these (C)Rappers think they are the Kray twins, Al Capone, Mr Asia? They like to play up to the bad boy image yet if any real bad boys showed up to one of their gigs they would be quivering like jelly under the table or in the ladies loo's | gary67 (56) | ||
