1222474 2011-08-11 07:34:00 8GB SD card problem
I have an 8GB micro sd card that was being used in my android 2.2 phone, put it in a micro sd adapter and plugged it into the sd card reader on a desktop computer which is running vista 32bit.
sdcard reader drivers are apparantly up to date, but when i put it in, the card reader lit up (solid green led) and i went to computer and checked the drives (G:, H:, I:, J:) but when i either tried to open any of those 4 usb host controller thingie drives, windows explorer just freezes.
any ideas?

Not all card readers do

Use "8GB SD card problem" as your title :p

Can you still read the card in your phone and could you connect your phone to the PC just in case the micro adapter is faulty.
