1196638 2011-04-24 00:41:00 If it's going to be permanent why not just buy a new cord or cut the old plug off and attach the new one? Agent_24 (57)

I've already got plenty of cords... I want to minimise the number of power cables I need to carry around - hence the adaptor.

Thanks - I was hoping there might be a local retailler who carried them.

1196642 2011-04-24 03:54:00 There probably is but doubt they'd have an online catalog.

I mean, Farnell etc would probably sell them - but I would guess for something insane like $50

At that price the idea of carrying around 2 cables will probably be very appealing!

Apart from the fact that the delivery would probably take 2-3 weeks I don't see anything wrong with eBay.

1196643 2011-04-24 04:13:00 You can try phoning Jarcar (http://www.jaycar.co.nz/) - they have all sorts of odd ball things, may just have one in stock or be able to get one for you. . :2cents: wainuitech (129)

Hmm . . . ok - I couldn't find anything on their website but could pop down to their store tomorrow afternoon and have a look around .

Agent_24: Yeah - I might have to order from eBay if I can't find one . I guess I could live with carrying a second (or third) cable around, but it's just a pain when each cable is ~2m long and takes up space .
